Procedure WriteChr(Charac:Char)

    Updates VX and VY       : Yes
    Updates Cursor Position : Yes

    Writes a character to the (virtual) screen at (VX,VY).

    Caution

    Unlike the Turbo Pascal  Write  command,  the  screen will not scroll
    up if you write in the lower right corner of the screen.  The current
    write position is set to the line below the last line of the screen.
